Unfortunately, no. You may only use a Stamps Scholarship at a school that awards you the scholarship. This is due to strong support each school has for its scholars. There have been cases of students being nominated by more than one school, but students may only accept one Stamps Scholarship, and the Stamps Scholarships are not transferable.
